WELCOME
CPAWC representatives
are available to present information, plus a short video about
the Cooperative, to neighborhood and community groups, City
Councils, Boards and Commissions.
Many
public agencies within Washington County have formal partnerships
to serve customers more effectively and efficiently.
By
working collaboratively, we share resources and skills resulting
in cost savings to our customers.
Examples
include: equipment sharing, joint bidding and contract coordination,
cooperative safety and training workshops, cooperative purchasing
and emergency management.
ANNUAL SPRING SEMINAR
Influencing Without Authority with Michelle Rios
We're often faced with the responsibility of completing projects without having the necessary authority or resources to meet the challenge. What does it take to get the job done? The ability to effectively influence others. Influence, not manipulate. There is a universal need to learn to "influence" others without the use of "formal" authority. Join us and learn some fun and easy ways to help you to successfully exercise your influence up, down and sideways in your organization.
